Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the PrimeFixAuto website and any account created on it. Using the site means agreeing to these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

What PrimeFixAuto provides

PrimeFixAuto shares general information about auto warranty plans and vehicle service contracts. The site is not a warranty provider, an insurer or a repair facility, and nothing on it is an offer to sell a contract.

Any plan is issued by an outside provider under its own written terms. Those written terms alone decide what is covered.

Eligibility and accounts

  • Visitors must be adults able to enter a binding agreement where they live.
  • Account details must be accurate and kept current.
  • Each account holder is responsible for keeping their password private.
  • Activity that takes place under an account is the responsibility of its holder.

Text messages

Visitors who opt in on the signup form may receive service and marketing text messages from PrimeFixAuto. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates may apply.

No promise of coverage or price

Information on the site is general in nature. PrimeFixAuto does not promise that any plan will be offered, approved or priced a certain way, or that a particular repair will be paid for. Final terms come only from the signed contract.

Outside providers and links

The site may point to warranty providers, administrators or other websites. PrimeFixAuto does not control those parties and is not responsible for their content, products, decisions or privacy practices.

Acceptable use

When using the site, visitors agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading or someone else's information
  • Attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the site
  • Copy site content for commercial use without written permission
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property

The text, design, logos and graphics on the site belong to PrimeFixAuto or its licensors and are protected by law. Personal, non commercial viewing is permitted. Any other use requires written permission.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PrimeFixAuto does not guarantee that the site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

Arbitration agreement

Any dispute related to the site or these terms will be settled through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except for claims that qualify for small claims court. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.
